Application Process:

I submitted my application in early March 2013 and received a confirmation letter from the Immigration Bureau one week later. Two weeks later, my sponsorship qualification was approved.

In April 2013, I applied to transfer to the Hong Kong Consulate.

In May 2013, the sponsored person was required to submit his/her passport.

On May 23, 2013, the sponsored person received the immigration paper.

The entire application process takes only 2.5 months.
