We have achieved the legendary EE bonus!

2019

For those who wish to apply through the Federal Express Entry

For applicants applying for immigration through

A very challenging year!

Since February, EE score results have been rising amid fluctuations.

Just when applicants are about to see their scores drop, it will wake you up again with high scores!

Ms. X was one of those who was awakened. Born in the 1990s, Ms. X has a bachelor's degree or above. Although she also passed the IELTS test with 6+ through her own efforts, the EE score remained high. She thought she could get extra points by accumulating work experience in Canada, but at the same time, she had to face the increasingly shortened work permit time.

With only three months left on her work permit, she knocked on the door of Terry Immigration Company...

After communication, we learned that Ms. X wanted to immigrate to Canada as a skilled immigrant.

Although she already has a full-time job, she does not meet the requirements for immigration sponsorship due to her employer's own conditions.

With EE Express Entry as the only option, she hopes to find a bonus point program as soon as possible.

After analyzing Ms. X's goals and situation, it quickly became clear that applying for a labor authorization (LMIA) would be a good option.

LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment), which we often call "foreign workers", is an assessment report made by the Canadian labor department to determine whether the employer has the need and ability to employ foreigners.

However, judging from the current application situation, LMIA applications have not only encountered the worst backlog in the history of ESDC, but have also been subject to the most stringent review by ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada).

Although many applicants are in Canada, their work permits have expired due to delays in the application process and they no longer meet the work requirements.

Faced with this challenge with only 3 months left in validity,

The Tairui team handled the matter promptly and worked together to save the technical aspects of the work visa, helping applicants maximize the timeliness of their work visas and making the greatest efforts to ensure the applicants' job demands.

Finally, the LMIA application was approved in nine months from application submission to approval. Currently, we are actively preparing for a work visa.

During the application process, Tairui Immigration encountered an ESDC official who over-applied the NOC job description and proposed to reject the application. In response, Tairui Immigration sent multiple emails to ESDC, refuting their judgment one by one.

Finally, the application was approved!
